We are now into the last month before we move aboard, the house is starting to look a bit empty although we fortunately still have a bed to use!
Amanda was sad to see her van head off to be sold, as was I when my car went. On the positive side both were sold really quickly which was a bit of a relief. We feel lucky to have found nice tenants for the house and can confidently leave it in their hands whilst we are away.
We are reliant on friends for transport for now but will hire something soon for the expected tip runs in the last week.
This last month will be spent selling last bits of furniture, multiple tip runs and meeting friends and family before we head off. Oh, there's also one last Club Champs at Whitstable Yacht Club to take part in over the Bank Holiday, always great fun.
Kerensa is on the hard having her bottom tickled and will be in the water shortly. Plans are developing, a few days sailing with family then head down the Portuguese coast before heading into the med. There's a decision to be made - Morrocco or Montenegro? We have to get out of the Schengen zone for a while so we can spend some late summer time in Greece.
